let : y = (x - 2 ) ^3

calculate : x

x - 2  = ( y ) ^ 1/3

x = ( y ) ^ 1/3 + 2

the inverse function of f(x)=(x-2)^3 is : g(x) = ( x ) ^ 1/3 + 2
