Actually if you multiply 5x1 then you get 5 then if you increase it by 4 you would only get 9. But thats just an example.

5x+4[tex] \geq [/tex]19

x would be the number that you are looking for. Since the question says that is is AT LEAST 19, you can make the equation greater than or equal to.
