From the formula

(C -0)/ 100 = (F -32) /180

C /100 = (64 -32) / 180

C=17.78 Degree C

Temperature raised by 40 degree C

Total C = 40 + 17.78 = 57.78

Convert 57.78 to degree F

57.78/100 = F-32/ 180

F= 57.78*1.8 +32
