You take the Atomic mass and take it times the number how many are there. Then you divide the given mass by the total mass of the atoms.

H = 2 * 1g = 2g

P = 1 * 30g = 30g

O = 4 * 16g = 64g

2g + 30g + 64g = 96g

30g / 96g = 0.3125 moles of H2PO4
