For the cart without a washer,how does the potential energy at the top of the ramp compare to the kinetic energy at the bottom of the ramp?

At the top of ramp (before launch) potential energy is at its maximum, kinetic equals 0

At the bottom of the ramp potential energy is 0 but kinetic is high

(Pretending cart goes down from the top to the bottom)
