4 5/7 miles/ hour  ·  t  = 4/7 mile
t=4/7 mile x (1÷7/33)
t=4/7 · 7/33 (cancel out the 7s)
t=4/33 hour
t≈8 minutes (because 33 minutes is approximately 1/2 hour)
