Is there a grid or something? You'll need that to solve this problem.
Find the 4 on the x axis and the -4 on the y axis. The point where the two lines meet is the first endpoint. Find the -10 on the x axis and the 6 on the y axis. The point where the two lines meet is the second endpoint.
Hope this helped :)
